Step Move Wednesday: 3 Knee Repeater

Hi friends! Welcome back to another Step Move Wednesday. Up today is the three knee repeater!

This move is essential in “tap free” step, because it changes your lead from the right foot to the left (and vice versa.) It’s an eight count move. Simply step up with the right foot, then drive up with the left knee three times, and exit the bench. Simple! As always, here’s a video to follow along.
